I bought 2 covid tests on the 2nd that were sent promptly but the royalmail says they were delivered but the truth is that I didn't receive them and they don't even give a solution. I sent several emails to COVID SMART that even closed they responded promptly, almost immediately and they gave me some alternatives and excellent help. But without a doubt, my big thanks goes to KEELEY impeccable, professional and very attentive, she reassured me about the situation and quickly resolved the problem. Excellent customer service (the only place I was able to reach by phone easily) and the tests came really fast. Appreciated that we could order the tests and they were dispatched as soon as possible instead of on the day before arrival. So far the best test provider we have used!

Stuck Abroad : UPDATED
Test kit not dispatched on time originally due to Covid staff misreading my UK arrival date on their system
Waited in all day. Had to report this by email.
Eventually despatched after I had gone abroad but Test kit not delivered - out for local delivery for over 24 hours. No international phone number (ie +44 no) to call Covid Smart or APC.
Had garbled voicemail from someone in UK who doesn’t live near me saying he had it.
Will I be able to get it in time when I get home? Will APC report lost package to Covid Smart who may cancel test.

UPDATE: Thank you to Covid Smart for prompt call and action in response to this review. Further test kit despatched which arrived in time for use on my return.

Needed to report test results on 3rd party website. Entry of results was confirmed on screen immediately.
With the half term holiday rush, it took several days for certificate of test results to arrive by email from 3rd party.
Raised CS to 3 stars overall for recovering situation.Well done for that.

Very good service tests arrived before we arrived home so we could do on day 2. Easy to follow instructions on pack. When we asked a question they replied straight away. Results delivered quickly so no delay in returning to work

Since the start of the Covid outbreak I have been using CovidSmart for business trips abroad with this year alone totalling 25x trips.
Keeley and the team have provided a top level service even on weekends or rush appointments, providing the correct advice and getting certification out quickly and reliability.

Ordered 2 day two LFTs, only 1 arrived. Poor service considering you’re paying £24 each for something you can get free on the NHS.
