So disappointing. After the bank holiday my own GP had no appointments left (the usual on hold etc). Suggested the Walk In Centre at Stoney Stanton Road. 3 hours and still have not been seen ( many people in the same situation). One nurse triaging. One Dr has been seen calling people in. Is this serving the whole city? I believe registered and unregistered patients. Such a sad state of the country. It’s also dirty. I would avoid if you possibly can.

Worst service and liar…They told at first I have to wait for 2hours i reached their by half past 6 later they told me I don’t know you are able to see a doctor or not. We are closing at 10 . And the lady who is measuring the fever and giving paracetamol was very rude .. She was saying I am doing my work everyone is looking at me try to understand don’t come and ask again & again because my pain was so worst so I just went 1 time to ask but she was very rude .

People rarely post positive feedback so I have to say I received exceptional care when I attended on Monday. I was triaged within 5 minutes and seen by a doctor within 20/25 minutes. This is the first doctor I have ever known to check my medical history, he advised I should go to hospital and spoke to them on the phone, the doctor really advocated for me and pushed the hospital to see me, which has lead to me receiving a diagnosis within 48 hours for a problem that I have suffered with for 3 months. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Was referred here after complaining of fever and difficulty breathing , with hacking cough and was seen by Dr Mahadevaia who was very attentive and informative and told me I had acute bronchitis. Great doctor who took time to go through the symptoms and treatment options effectively. Highly recommend this centre if you can't get an appointment with your GP. So glad we have outstanding quality of health care here in UK

Don’t go there if the triage nurse thinks you are not worthy to be seen. It’s a gp walk in clinic . What does it mean someone is much sicker than me ? It’s not A and E . Pathetic service , they have been moving patients in front of me all day . 4hrs of my life I will never get back.I moved from 7-2 then again I checked they moved 10 patients in front of me .

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this GP practice. The staff appeared to have no clear understanding of the services they offer. I received a message from my GP recommending that I visit the walk-in GP at a specific address. However, when I arrived, the staff dismissed the information, claiming they do not provide such services and instructed me to go back to my GP.

The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, showing little concern for patients. Instead of assisting, they seemed more focused on chatting and relaxing. Their lack of knowledge and poor communication has caused unnecessary stress and confusion.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge management to address the training and behavior of their staff. Patients deserve better care and accurate information.

I was there yesterday on 6th Jan 2025. Dr. Mujeeb, Irfan who has seen & investigated me is really professional and kind person. He has done his best as professional and qualified doctor and was so care person for his patients. I really feel so satisfied and happy that he treated me. In addition, the receptionist staff were so kind and welcome smiling people.
