Visited yesterday for a Colonoscopy, I was extremely nervous and certainly wasn't looking forward to it. However as soon as I arrived the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The nursing staff were brilliant and Sean who carried out the procedure was so friendly, professional and made the procedure so much more bearable. He explained everything along the way and I always felt at ease. Thankyou to all the staff I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday morning.

Friendly, thoughtful calm & kind.
All very professional, and spotlessly clean everywhere. Nice smiles on arrival, and then the different processes of care & treatment followed in a seamless flow. Prompt volunteer hospital driver afterwards.

A 5⭐️ treatment last night in their urgent care department. My 2 year old son was treated immediately, all involved in his treatment took their time, were gentle, giving him stickers every time he was brave and even a little teddy bear. ?thank you.

First time I’ve ever experienced a Nursezilla!! Rude form the entrance to leaving. She was obviously having a very bad Hair Day!
Louth is usually full of very helpful caring staff last night we did not experience any help or caring

Visited the endoscopy department for a procedure on 8th October, I was so nervous and was put at ease straight away, excellent service by Yvonne and her team, I probably ended up laughing a bit too much?

If I could give less I would, my partner sat for 4 hours with severe stomach pains and vomiting to be told by a "Doctor" that's there's nothing she can do and she needs to see a doctor (newsflash: you are a"doctor" apparently) all this without even examining her! We must have interrupted her lunch break. So called doctors in this country are an embarrassment to the profession, i shouldn't paint them with the same brush but far too many of them are box tickers and don't deserve the pay they get let alone a pay rise they think they deserve. They dump their workload on the nurses and junior doctors and take the credit when it goes right and blame everyone else when it goes wrong.
Disgraceful!!
