I had my first visit to the County Hospital this morning, where I visited A & E. I had Ob’s taken, an X-ray followed by a thorough examination and consultation, all in around 1hr & 40 minutes. Excellent service from the receptionist , to the nurse, the radiographer to the doctor. They are all doing a brilliant job. Thank you.

There's nothing whatsoever wrong with stafford hospital.What would we do without the doctors and under paid nurses and care workers.Can't fault you and thank you You are amazing ?

Went to relevant department told in wrong place not on list must go to mobile unit only to be told we are not on there list either memberof staff went to relevant department only to find we are in the list amd must GO BACK relevant department where we was in the first place. #someonedidntcheckproperly

Breast care team are amazing.. surgeon amazing…parking is good (compared to the Royal Stoke superb), nurses/receptionist very kind… etc etc The ONCOLOGIST though.. absolutely VILE . He was bullying and egotistical… IF YOU HAVE TO ATTEND ONCOLOGY I suggest it best to take someone with you as a witness/support and record the meeting (as the oncologist will not allow note taking). Apparently it must be that as a female I am incapable of listening, absorbing and writing notes (goodness knows how I survived in the corporate world) .. and as for asking asking questions just don’t! It’s my treatment plan but it’s important that I sit there listen and say nothing.. are we in the 18th century Must be…

Had a neurologist appointment today at 11.30 am and was interested and listening to me about at least a few symptoms few I feel fnd could of been missed and don't know what's next outcome wise do I visit again wasn't given a outcome which I really need.
Please can I be phoned about this tomorrow. To discuss outcomes steps next as now I'm unsure if I even seeing a neurologist again and left with no more treatment. Please help me sort this properly.

No follow up diagnosed with wrong condition actually made things much harder long term for me as neurologist only took one symptom of mine into account out of many. Basically didnt follow up with anything discharged me after expressing my concerns of not everything being taken into account.

I wouldnt of minded as much if concerns were followed up with however they weren't i wasnt even given that chance. Communication poor and so is helping patients understand and get help with long term conditions. None offered at all to even try help referalls etc.

Not all this places fault whole nhs are very dismissive when it comes to something not short term.
