He always maintained a positive mood despite any type of circumstance, which encouraged me to always have a positive attitude. This practicum placement allowed me to ask questions, challenge myself, learn, and grow without judgement. I love this. We all need mental health checkups and we’d all do well to work on skills for good mental well being. I have been looking for proper counselling services that fits my needs. It can be challenging finding the right fit. most places that I have visited have had a preconceived notion of the situation and don’t try to understand the situation. I want to feel heard and understood, not just dismissed and given a cookie cutter plan that doesn’t even apply to the situation. I have never felt dismissed . Every time I leave , I feel I am better equipped with tools on how to move forward. I appreciate the knowledge that the counsellors have here. They move at your own pace and don’t try to rush results, if a certain topic needs to be unpacked more than once, they will unpack it with you until you feel you are ready to move on. I would highly recommend these services, I have seen the results from the right counselling services that properly support your growth.

As a Psychology student, I find the website engaging as I feel it speaks to me and has its own way of calming me. The centre is good at what it does as I have been opportuned to witness some of its programs, I also love the fact that it's gives it's students the chance to grow and take up big challenges.
