Understood they are overstretched but this practise are often particularly dismissive and abrupt. I hope they can work out a more streamline system so getting an appointment doesn’t feel like a morning lottery system. Have had infinite issues with this surgery and I hope they can improve to give patients the support and kindness they need.

Just moved here registered and not even on the system , the rudest receptionist I’ve ever come across unlike the lady I spoke to the day before she was really nice , that’s the star for her , unfortunately people have lost their compassion and don’t want to do their job my suggestion is , change your job and be kind !!
Will register elsewhere, don’t need to be spoken to like an inconvenience!

Wait on hold for 25 minutes to be greeted by a condescending, sarcastic lady. Told no available appointments today, only appointment is next Thursday. I have tonsillitis… great.

Honestly not sure why they even bother operating. We moved to this surgery as we moved house and it's been nothing but a waste of time. Getting appointments is extremely hard. Getting repeat prescriptions always a mess up had to go bk and forth to my pharmacy 4 times before they actually sent it through even though they said they already had. Daughter has montly reviews face to face but can never get her booked in as rota is never available for 4 weeks so have to go bk to book it then have to argue the fact it's face to face with the receptionist. And bow there cutting there finishing time to 4pm may aswell just shut altogether

Absolutely useless GP surgery! No out of hours appointments or prebookable appointments. I can’t phone at 8am because of my job, but they don’t care! Patients continue to suffer in pain because of the awful practices.

In all the times I have had to use this surgery there has always been a mistake or error on their part: incorrectly scheduled appointments, lost prescriptions, inaccurate information etc. They don't understand their own system. It is very difficult to get a proper appointment, designedly so. The doctors have been rushed and dismissive (bar one excellent locum). The nurses are excellent, and the star is purely for them.
