Had an appointment for a blood test, wanted to check in at the reception. The receptionist said they do not check in patients, just to sit down and wait for a nurse call. Waited 45 minutes, then I asked why I'm still waiting, after being told that they called twice. Literally were couple of patients all the time in the waiting area, and it would be impossible not to hear my name being called. Definitely its a lie. They could only "apologise" and refused to take the blood test saying that all the blood tests for that day are done. Shame on your service!

4th time I have had a blood test cancelled on the day or I have turned up and no one to take blood. This is unacceptable, this hub is supposed to be one of 4 replacing Orsett hospital. A nurse today also hadn't turned up for a clinic and they were busy ringing all the patients
cancelling their appointments. Last time they cancelled my blood appointment it was as I was walking through the door and they sent me to Orsett claiming that they were taking all their patients that day. Got there and Orsett didn't know anything about it and they had no spaces so had to come away. Really poor service

Worst NHS experience ever! Forgot the blood test form, lady at the reception told me she will pass it to the nurse and if I will be back within 10min. it should be alright. Rushed back home to get it, came back after literally 12min, mid school run traffic, just to hear from a 'charming ' nurse she can't do anything for me, cause she just can't. She has another lady whom forgot her form, and that's it, I need to re-book my appointment, and wait another 2months for next blood test appointment. What if whatever disease I suffer from can't wait another week even! Simply outrageous! Stay away

I’ve spoke with a lady from the reception she was very rude, she was always asking ‘which’ Department I was looking for and she was keep saying and shouting ‘Where?’ Where?’ but in the end she listed that they have more places from this medical center and I said the place was In Corringham but literally I didn’t know that until she listed the places!!! She has to realise not everyone is from this country and they need to have patience with the people that have difficulties with the english language.
She was absolutely rude and for this reason I’ll give a star for her service.
