Phoned and got call back within 10 minutes, I was sent an online form to complete for the next morning, I then received an appointment and was seen on the same day. All staff were polite and knowledgeable, giving me good advice and care.

I was needing urgent help the other day and the practice were brilliant and prompt in seeing to me and my problem. I spoke with a lady called Catherine who was absolutely exceptional. She was kind, sympathetic and so proactive in helping me in my situation. Huge thanks to Catherine - you have helped me so much.

I’ve rang at least 6 times in the space of 10 minutes now. Each time the call gets DENIED. Like someone is literally rejecting taking my call. One time the on hold music appeared and that was followed immediately by the call being ended on their side. Clearly someone or some people in the reception don’t want to do their job and take a call. Disgusting.

I’ve also had samples go missing from this surgery and had to repeat procedures multiple times because they made a mistake and sent my samples and bloods to the wrong department or sent for the wrong test etc. absolutely incompetent seemingly.

Lastly I feel the majority of the team here don’t enjoy their profession . Including the doctors/nurses.
They always look for a way to avoid helping or working.

Shambles of a gp practice. Went in and was told I had an ear infection and was given antibiotics, which did nothing so had to go to a&e as I was in agony. To which they said I don’t have an ear infection it’s glandular fever. Since then my symptoms have worsened so tried booking an urgent appointment also to backdate my sicknotes. They gave me an appointment in 3 weeks time. 3 weeks for an urgent matter. If you’re planning on coming to this go practice think again. They can’t diagnose correctly or even give you an appropriate appointment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ah previous comments since merged the admin side is awful. I don’t mind filling in forms but I do expect them to be actually read. Cannot get blood at my practice any more even though stated on merge that would improve not go backwards

And if you need to ring it’s awful how long it takes to get passed the auto message

If i could give them zero. All of the doctors here either dont like there profession or hate any patient that choose this practice. They will ask you stupid questions during the appointment and intimidate you the extent that my wife cried couple of times and is now scared to contact them again. Yes we are changing the surgery as soon as we hear back for the referrals. My son had scarlet fever and the gp told us to wait and callback after five days. We ended up in emergency as his fever became so severe that poor thing couldnt move. The head doctor Jaiswal himself is the worse person / doctor himself he is a butcher in a wrong profeesion
. No wonder why our several complaints were never heard. I am certainly going to take action aginst them. This practice should be closed and licence of all doctors should be revoked.

I was so impressed by how helpful everyone was. I had to register temporarily for something urgent and the staff bent over backwards to help me. On the day I registered I was told I should call back at 8am to try and get an emergency appointment but before I had the chance to call, the girl who had done my registration (I think she was called Maria) called me at 8am on the dot and said there was an appointment available for me. Such amazing service!

this place needs a 0 star option. I know it's hard to get placements at GP's but for your own sake avoid this place like the plague. I've been dealing with an illness for the past few years, and Corkland road surgery, more specifically it's reception staff have only ever made things ten times worse. They lose prescriptions. They forget to hand in prescriptions. They tell you they've done things that they haven't and then pass the blame on to other members of staff that aren't in on the day that you speak to them. usually I'd feel bad about condemning an entire practice and it's staff, but over the last few years I've dealt with all of them and I'm not exaggerating when i say that every one of the rotating cast of women on reception is rude, dismissive, and completely inept. They can't carry out the most basic of tasks, and they couldn't care less that the people they're serving come to them often in times of desperation and experiencing pain. Maybe it's a bit idealistic to expect everyone who works for the NHS to actually care about patients (and thankfully I've had experiences at other practices that prove this wrong), but you would hope that they'd at least pretend to care as that's what they're paid to do. i've had to complain about them multiple times in the past already but nothing changes, they keep their jobs and they keep making vulnerable people's lives harder. But it gets worse. When you're at your lowest and simply want to get hold of prescriptions you handed in ages ago, that they "forgot to put through" and you go in to see them in person, be prepared for all four of the girls on reception to laugh in your face. I would name and shame as it's gotten to the point where I've had to take most of their names but honestly they're all as bad as each other. This isn't only the worst GP that I've ever experienced, it's the worst service i've ever experienced bar none. the only silver lining is that I only have to look after myself. God forbid that you leave the care of your children or vulnerable loved ones in the hands of these people.
