I’ve had a chronic condition for 14 years and after a back operation and other surgical interventions plus seeing a chiropractor, physio, acupuncture, gabapentin, pregabalin pain relief and latterly an osteopath for 6 weeks nothing worked. I’d learned to live with the pain but it got worse after doing some diy I contacted core clinic based on a recommendation from a trusted source. I’ve held back from doing a review on initial consultation and first treatment - I’m now in my fourth week of combined biomechanics from Tahir, sports therapy/acupuncture proved by Jack and Stefaan’s chiropractic therapy. I’m seeing the 40% improvement Stefaan forecasted, which is amazing as I’ve had sciatica and lower back pain for 14 years; the sciatica being the main issue. The next stage will be a forecasted increase from 40% to 70% relief and the remainder is in the lap of the gods. At the start of the treatment I’d have taken anything let alone where I’m at now - bring on the next stage. In summary I’d fully recommend Stefaan and his team and I only wish I’d found them years ago.

My first visit to the practice and I was apprehensive but I needn’t have worried as Dr Stefaan was extremely knowledgeable and I felt reassured during the consultation about the diagnosis and treatment to follow. Reception staff were also very friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

The whole team at Core are amazing, I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism, the outstanding knowledge and expertise, I could hardly walk before I attended the clinic, a few sessions and treatment later, I felt like a new man! Thank you all so much!

I am a returning client and today I had my first session with Lara. We thoroughly discussed my physical issues which I found very easy due to Lara’s friendliness. Lara then did some deep tissue massage and explained throughout what she was doing; this was very helpful so I can monitor my progress in between appointments. Looking forward to my next session.
