Easy to park even with a Blue Badge. If no Blue Badge spaces, go in the main Car Park and press Help when leaving. You will not have to pay. You will be directed to your appointment, or go there yourself if you have been before. Everybody is very friendly.

Had a lovely lady called Debbie do my blood test this morning. Was seen straight away. Informed her I was nervous and she went above and beyond to keep me calm. Very attentive and very gentle and understanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for being so lovely.

Very politely asked if could do blood test although I had,nt made appointment. It was requested by a consultant. It stipulates on website that some urgent requests can be done before 5pm. Either way, both female phelbotomists were rude and dismissive. Whilst I was sitting there at least four people had not turned up for appointment. I worked for NHS for over 30 years& never spoke to my clients/ patients like that.
Thankfully I went to merry hill ( see other review.
We are all stressed I understand, but speak to people in a compassionate and professional way.

Appointments run on time unless there is a medical emergency it's clean, bright & the phlebotomists are friendly and efficient

Car parking is terrible. Main issue is that even when car park is clearly full they still let cars in so it ends up with 10+ cars driving round waiting. Ended up missing my wife's whole appt spending 20 mins trying to get a space.

Went for an xray yesterday. Nice welcome with smiles and everything was explained by friendly staff. I spoke to a wonderful lady volunteer who was folding the gowns, what a lovely interesting person she was. Thank you everyone!

Parking is an absolute joke. Multiple cars in a queue fighting for a spot and a security man taking photos of A cars parked A bit outside the lines. Is that nie you make money it something?
