No stars at all if I had the option. Year 5 and a phone call for a COPD review. Added to which I'm expected to take 3 blood pressure readings and my weight. Who is actually paying these people for this lack of care. Anyone thinking of joining this practise i wouldn't bother. Waste of time. Complete and utter joke

I can’t begin to express how impressed I am with Coppull Medical Centre. I called to arrange home wound care for my housebound elderly Dad. Sue on reception was so professional and friendly. I was then directed to Tracey who was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I was so aware of how much they really care about their patients. Thank you so much.

We have been using this GP for over 6 months now. Each time the medical staff and particularly the ANP Justine Peel have been amazing. They are professional, they listen, they care. What else would you need?

The problem is the admin. Extremely unreliable and to make things worse, when they do not do what they are meant to do, they try to blame it on something or someone else. We had a few significant delays as a result. We don't mind that much that there are delays because these things happen but to mislead me on it, is very frustrating. I rather someone just owns up that they forgot to process a request.

Just not impressed. Everything seems difficult to sort out. My wife is disabled and needs her thyroid tablets. Could not even do that for her. Things are not like they used to be. Far too much red tape.

I am suffering of severe back pain, have call and request a appointment to my back, received a message saying I will need to book a appointment with a physio, I couldn't move my leg without feeling incredibly painful on motion.
Contact other medical professionals, after explaining what was going, received an appointment at some day.
After be assessed, i received the information, I need physio treatment asp, but I need painkillers, still waiting for a telephone call from them..

It was a fantastic little surgery until this year when they stopped taking appointments over the telephone. Everything is supposed to be online now but whoever made their website is pretty bad. It's really difficult to use, glitchy and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to get an urgent appointment. Before 09/02/2024 you just rang up between 8am and 10am which was easily accessible for 99% of people.
But moving to online only just makes it difficult for older people who don't have computers/smartphones. And this new website is just a total mess, even my 25 year old son who works on computers all day couldn't make head or tail of it and had to phone back for an appointment after being turned away on the phone the first time. Why change things that work for a supposedly more modern way that doesn't. It's bad enough when you are ill and need medical advice, you don't need to be stressed out with a system that just doesn't work.
On a positive note though when you do get to see a doctor there, they are all fantastic.
It just seems to be the management side that now let's it down which is a real shame.

Horrible surgery. Trying to get a f2f appointment with a doctor is impossible. Receptionist thinks she is a doctor and can diagnose over the phone and tell you who you need to see. Start allowing patients to actually see the doctor without using COVID as an excuse!! Also sack the receptionist who thinks she’s a doctor befor she’s responsible for someone getting delayed treatment due to her!!

New system on the phones is horrific. Makes impossible for anyone to get through to reception. The phone choices will rather tell you your choice is invalid or that no one’s available and put the phone on your straight away. So you will have to ring up a good few times and go through the options all over again to get the phone put down on you numerous times rather than be placed in a cue.
Update: been in position one for 25mins, tried to call off another number to see but don’t let you go through as I’m waiting
