The staff are lovely. But the pharmacist is incredibly rude. The first time I let it go. The second time I was scoffed at and laughed at is enough. Won’t be using this pharmacist again. You have a monopoly, you have customers, just be kind. Most of us are leaning on you to help us feel better. Not worse.

Cannot fault the pharmacy at all. The team are so helpful, the pharmacist has really gone over and above to help people in our village. Counter staff are always polite and helpful. Never had any issues, we are so lucky to have such a supportive pharmacy in the village. ?

This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They’re so efficient and friendly. I had a big problem and spoke to the pharmacist. She was amazing and has changed my life. I highly recommend her and the pharmacy. Thank you so much.

Despite the shop having a sign saying 2 people maximum, the cashier decided to invite everyone queing to come in at once meaning there was 4 or 5 of us in a confined space! Even her colleague asked if you are sure to let all the people in ! As a result I felt extremely unsafe, which isn't the feeling I want at a pharmacy

A great local chemist. Near to the Cooham Medical Center. Staff helpful and friendly. Not sure what we would do without it!
