I had thought about doing this for a long time. And I am so glad I finally did. From the start, Clare was amazing, warm and friendly. Really making me feel comfortable.
She is brilliant at breaking the whole treatment down for you, and explaining what happens and when.
I am so pleased with the results. Will definitely be going back for a few more treatments.

Claire is so welcoming and lovely! She makes you feel comfortable straight away!! I've been on a weight loss journey for quite some time!! I can honestly say body contour with Clare is amazing. I have struggled with body confidence all my life & gone up & down in size. But I find it harder to loose weight & shape up now iv gone through menopause. But body contouring has helped get me started on a journey to being fitter & more toned ,I am never going to be a skinny mini thats not how im built & iv had 3 children. But I can be more toned & firm up certain areas .Clare is amazing also giving me confidence & advice. I was even brave enough to wear a bikini on a recent holiday.
