Great service; managed to get an appointment within an hour on a Saturday afternoon, the doctor was very understanding, professional, and listened carefully when discussing my son's health issue. Very helpful and sent a prescription and further advice within half an hour of the appointment finishing. Will definitely use this service again.

Very easy option to get medical care for less serious medical issues (cold, UTI, etc) as a tourist without NHS. The process for signing up was simple, the price was reasonable and I got a video consultation within 2 hours and was able to receive care.

I discovered Consultdoc after doing some research of online doctors when I was unable to get a GP appointment at my surgery. Consultdoc had good reviews and seemed pretty straight forward. After booking my appointment I was sent a link to the zoom call. The doctor was very friendly and thorough and prescribed the antibiotics that I needed. He sent the prescription to my preferred pharmacy the same day. All very easy and stress free! I will certainly use them again.

Amazing service. My young daughter had a suspected UTI and as it was a bank holiday couldn’t contact my GP and urgent nhs care and A&E were both 6-12 hours plus wait and she was in agony. Booked a consultation at 4.20pm for 4.30pm. Super easy process. Lovely doctor, kind, professional, knowledgable who we had the video call with and a private prescription was sorted and sent to our local pharmacy. I would not hesitate to use again and will be recommending to my family and friends
