My mum has received excellent care from the carers that work for this company. Very caring and compassionate. They keep me well informed of everything that’s happening with mum. They go above and beyond to help with every aspect of mums care. My mum has built up a great relationship with her carers and they are now like family. I can’t recommend this company enough. EXCELLENT ?

Disgusting company, staff don’t know how to prepare simple food, had chicken sandwich with bones left in, toast with jam jam on first then a blob of butter, director Stephen says staff trained by watching U Tube vidios.
Hygene very poor.
Please think twice about using Constant Healthcare.

Please anyone thinking of trusting this firm to look after your loved one don't. This firm is dangerously negligent in the way they treat clients such as making records up, not giving medicines properly spending less time then they should at clients and keeping poor records and information on client. I had to get Social services to remove this firm from my friends home due to concern from Doctors, paramedics and nurses. The director Stephen is a first class pillock only concerned about money funny how one of his family has a review on the site. I intend to make a complaint about this company to the care committee. Avoid like the plaque!
