The manager here is awful alongside her two sidekicks. I don't know how or why she even works here. Rude, patronising, up herself, know it all, who will look down on you. This place is a waste of charities funding, feels like a funeral home vibe inside. my experience here didn't help in any form, but they probably claimed the expenses for me. Ended up turning to turning point, with genuinely warm helpful people, and wish I had gone there first now, so take my advice and skip here. They should be shut down

Due to the current Political Climate with underfunding and red tape...
Connection support are not fit for purpose and needs a complete restructuring to employ people who are conscientious and well trained and who have the will, desire and ethics to support Disabled and disadvantaged clients...
Until this happens, my advice is to not waste your time or resources on this service. It will only have negative effect your own Mental, psychological and Emotional health.

The first time I had a lovely lady helping me and supported me . Then 2nd time there was a woman tall blond ( horrible ) talked like she’s from the street . Attended a meeting which she shouldn’t have attended, she did so because her friend was working at the school , so they were sharing information behind my back ,tried to discourage me from complaining . Then she begged me not to complain to her manager and begged me to put a good review! I didn’t I wish I had , now looking at the reviews I am happy I am not the only one !

Shame on you for playing with other people's lives for the sake of your own business, and instead of solving their problems, you are increasing their problems and causing them more mental problems.

These people are simply there to tick boxes in order to gain funding , they are not there to help people but get you in to gain funding and out to get onto the next person , they do not care about people or individuals. I wasted a year of my life being looked down upon for being down n out by their so called "support workers" . They do not care about helping people . I had awful experiences with them and was left in a worse place when I left them then I was when I began . Annie was a bully and Rhonda supported her bullying , complete joke !!!! Steer clear , your better off dealing with mind . Connections do not care about people

I really don’t know where to begin, other than to say this company has let my daughter down so much, they let an incredibly vulnerable person with mental health issues get into large amount of debt by not helping her with rent and managing money, one care worker after another, a company with a complete lack of empathy, the list could go on and on, also why are employees posting reviews about there company?

Firstly, people who work here shouldn't be leaving reviews. You cannot review yourself. As a client you're made to feel like a burden more than anything. They are too concerned about regulation and are colourblind when it comes to emotion. It has been over a month since I submitted a complaint yet they still have not responded.
