I can not say enough bad things about this Practice (Conisbrough, Denaby, Mexborough, and Adwick). They are incompetent. It is impossible to book appointments. They don’t have GPs (believe it or not) and refer you to 111 instead. From day one, I have had nothing but problems, and the list is constantly growing. Zero stars is more accurate.

Edit: Relieved to say that I have finally changed doctors to one that I can rely on. I feel confident in booking appointments again and not deferring symptoms because of the stress involved in having them resolved (or not) here.

Make sure you bring a pillow for a good sleep while waiting ✋️ ? Even worse.. there are 2 medical centers in one that are not linked. Watch out which line you join. I have missed my appointment and offered to give me another one in " a couple of weeks " because joining the wrong line.

My experience in the last 18 months have been abismal, sat waiting for 1 hr 45 minutes after appointment time to be seen by nurse practitioner because I couldn't get to see a doctor, then told well it's because he's thorough, to turn up to collect repeat medication on more than one occasion when the chemist doesn't even know you've put it in, to have rearranged appointments when the person you see can't deal with your issue! Can never get through on the phone, to receive a nasty letter about not turning up for an appointment, pot/kettle/black springs to mind.... One thing after another, .... Had enough! .... On a positive it appears to be the management and administration that are the main issue, HCA's spot on, can't comment on actual doctor never managed to get an appointment he can keep, thank god I'm relatively healthy ?

Been trying now for 2 weeks to find out when my partner can get his 2nd covid jab....his 1st was on 29th January and he's nearly 80. The response has been abysmal and I'm now going to go to the vaccination centres personally to see if he can get in.
God knows how they've won any awards. As soon as this is over we're changing Doctors.
