Concept Care have been looking after my granddaughter for a couple of years now and I have never seen her so happy. With her previous care company we had nothing but aggravation, no shows and failure to give medication. Concept care in my opinion are the best... thank you to one carer in particular Zara, for making my granddaughter live again, you are a true treasure and a brilliant asset to the company you work for....above and beyond. We had excellent service from Concept Care, who attended to my mother-in-law's needs with professionalism, gentleness and respect and also interacted well with the family members. We appreciate the compassionate service. There were occasional small blips such as lateness due to bad traffic but this was not really a problem for us. My mother-in-law felt well cared for.

We recently employed the services of concept care for support after my husband suffered a stroke and was then peg fed and required assistance with personal care. We had 4 carers a day and each and everyone were amazing. Gareth went above and beyond and was always on hand to visit when required and offer advice. Professional and caring service.

Very poor service a lot of the staff want to sit on there phones all the time that's when they turn up. Definitely would not recommend.
