All the Complete Care staff have been fantastic since they have been caring for my father who has dementia. Despite the fact that he is rather resistant to having them around they always treat him with kindness and respect and the family has great peace of mind knowing they are checking in on him when we are unavailable. The online portal is also very helpful - it's reassuring to be able to see the notes the carers make so we know if anything further is needed.
The office staff have also been brilliant - helping us navigate this difficult situation - and recommending appropriate changes to the care package.

We arranged care for Mum through this company and I have nothing but praise for all their staff. The carers were kind, considerate & always treated Mum with dignity.
In addition to their caring duties they were vigilant at looking out for people trying to take advantage of elderly & vulnerable people and would inform myself of any suspicions.
I hope this company is still available should I require carers in the future.

I have only worked at complete care for a short period of time but all of my colleagues and management team have made me feel really welcome. I have been listened to if I've had any concerns and they've been actioned appropriately and quickly. I have felt like a valued member of staff right from the first interview. Despite only being here 3 months I have been involved in team meetings and they have welcomed my input. Overall a great company to work for. The standard of care we provide is amazing 😊 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend complete care to those looking for care and those looking to work in care.

I attended the open day of Complete Care West Yorkshire on 12th June 2024 their 17th birthday and met a large number of staff from management, training and front line carers. Each and every single member of staff were so passionate and caring about the people who use their service and they were dedicated to being able to provide excellent care for each individual persons needs. They are a team that receive fantastic training that allow them to provide a number of complex care needs, they treat everyone with dignity and respect. Everyone matters to the team which is a great outlook. It was so lovely to meet such a positive team and great to hear about good professional care instead of the negativity the care sector normally receives. No negativity here. I felt honoured to meet every one. Keep doing what you are doing.
