I have worked for complete care agency for 3 years. I decided to have a career change and joined the CCA family with no experience or knowledge about caring. The team trained and supported me with learning my new role and now I am ambassador for the company training people like myself. It’s nice to be able to give new starters the same help and encouragement I received when I started. I've worked for Complete Care Ltd coming up for 6 years now and have loved every minute. I personally appreciate how when I'm struggling with things in my personal life they are always there for me and I only have to turn up at the office for a chat, a hug , a cry or for advice. As a Domiciliary home carer I can honestly say I love it so much, I mean Imagine getting paid for something you love and doesn't feel like work😊.
I've not once felt under appreciated, even this last 18 months when it's been a strain for all key workers. They will not be getting rid of me anytime soon haha, this is it until retirement whenever that maybe😉
