Had to visit a Community Hospital Walk In Centre with a painful issue while on holiday. Hospital sent details of consultation to Compass House. I sent in a Klinik Contact form on return home. . 30 mins later Compass House called. I had an appointment with Anthony shortly after, diagnosis and medication. Wonderful service Thank You

In my experience, this is the worst doctors in the world misdiagnosed me didn’t bother to call me back after major operation stupid e consulting A terrible outfit they are busy, but it’s a joke playing with peoples lives

NHS gets a lot of bad press. I'm not the best patient, bit of a phobia about visiting the surgery. I have to say that they are brilliant from start to finish. Can't thank them enough.

I would not go anywhere else than compass house doctors there so understand and they help you out if you need an appointment so I am thankful four the staff for there help and support they shown me and others keep up your good work

Awful. been here 4 years and I have never seen the same doctor ! I have multiple health problems and can never get an appointment at the Galmpton surgery ! It's always oh you can come to Brixham hospital and wait ! very easy if you have a car ! which I don't and I am a wheelchair user, so this makes it very difficult for me, also every time I order a 'rescue pack' for Asthma it is done wrong Ive been telling them this for the whole 4 years and still the next one will be wrong again ! They couldn't careless wether your ok or not, your just left on your own.

The practice takes anything up to 30/40 minutes to get through and the person answering the phone to me made me feel like I was a nusance phoning up.
I would say they need extra staff or change some of the ways you can get answers to straight forward enquiries.
