Title: Extremely Unprofessional Behavior - Beware!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with [Care standard] recently, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite multiple appointments being scheduled, they canceled each one at the last moment, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced.

Their lack of professionalism was astounding, as they seemed to have no regard for their clients' time or schedules. Each cancellation was accompanied by feeble excuses, further highlighting their disregard for basic business etiquette.

The repeated cancellations not only wasted my time but also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially from a company that claims to value customer satisfaction.
