I always have been very well looked after by the community housing. Whenever I have an issue they promptly send someone to sort it. Everyone are always so helpful, polite, kind and very professional.
Thank you each one of you at the community housing for your kindness and support at all times.

If I could give them no stars I would. Been helping an elderly relative on a complaint. Community housing don't care about his safety as he is disabled nor that his neighbours are mentally abusing him. I have had to chase them a number of times. Decisions have been made regarding his safety then last minute been overturned. They have done this 3 times. Community housing are useless

My first visit I really felt how helpful everyone was, then after that wow . Have to say it felt like being talked down to the last time I went in and I am not one who argues or causes problems if I can help it. So that’s why it’s 4stars(not as friendly as they want you to think)
The building is amazing, open plan, from what can be seen from the foyer. I am guessing all the people that are actually needed are hidden , out of sight.

THIEVES. That’s what you are. Their workman stole my property. It was lent against my fence. My neighbour rushed out and told them not to take it but said I don’t care.
8 8x4 18mm ply boards gone and now I’m £400 out of pocket. Well I won’t be as you will pay

They maybe under new management but they are still following the same mantra of the old and the ones before them full of promises but will not do anything about the undelt with complaints that happened beforehand. Utter lip service and not interested to say the lest

UPDATE: The two remaining, healthy trees [2 and 3 Jubilee Drive South] have now also been cut down. Unfortunately, not only have we now lost their aesthetic/wildlife qualities, they were also acting as a windbreak, between 2 and 3. As expected, as soon as the latest storm hit, our fencing was immediately damaged. Damage, which almost two weeks later, has still not been repaired.

I have been a tenant for 7 years now and when ever I need them to come and fix a problem their service is terrible. They either never turn up or when they do they can not be bothered and mug me off! I have waited two weeks for an appointment about damp, and I explained the appointment was between 8-1 but at 8:30 I had the school run, I would be 10 mins. I came home to a letter through the door saying they came at 8:35 but was not waiting for me and a leaflet about how to control damp! Absolutely disgusting service, I have a baby in this house too.

Last year I contacted them in the November about my boiler and they left me until March with no heating at the time I had a child under 6 years and I was pregnant. Absolutely horrendous service.
