I had to go to Churchill House Bracknell ? for physio, been a few times now. I have been treated by all the staff very kind and well. There is a toilet ? for all patients, plus a lift.

Awful place I was with them in the past as well as others with severe mental health problems in a supported living accommodation and the level of ignorance was just astonishing. No sympathy no care no compassion and no common sense.

I was with CMHT after being in hospital and they failed to follow up there after care treatment and get anything done.
