I waited for 30 minutes for my interview, and when I was finally called in, I was asked to wait an additional 20 minutes. This made for a nearly one-hour wait in total, not even accounting for the 10 minutes I arrived early. Given that this was my experience on the interview day, I couldn't help but wonder how this treatment might reflect their approach in the future. As a result, I made the decision to leave.

Horrible!

Very slow to respond to calls, emails etc.. Home care logs unavailable despite requesting. Invoicing remains a mystery.

The carers seem to do a good job, and get on well with my Mum.

It is a mystery as to how things are going generally, as without logs and feedback it's impossible to know.

I am my mum's primary carer following a diagnosis of dementia.
Comfort call carers were allocated to my mother after a recent hospital admission.
I have found the moajority of the staff to be polite, respectful and pleasant.
The evening call was sometimes ' too early ' but after a chat this was rectified to a later time on the round and all is now well.
Thankfully my mum is improving greatly and I have been able to scale the calls down.

Comfort call oldham is a joke! The staff in the office don’t care a single bit about their carer, Whether they are getting paid right or not! Or whether your even alive! As long as the work is done their not bothered. The carers don’t get travel money, which 95% of domiciliary care company’s provide. And they are on a basic pay. The carers need applauding, I couldn’t cope 1 month!!!! Some carers have been there a while and not one of them said anything good about the management. Even the service users hate the management because they don’t know what their doing. Would not recommend this company at all!

Comfort Call in Denton has got to be by far the worst care provider in the entire sector. They offer immediate start with little or no training, Falsify the daily record book have very little if any care and empathy for the vulnerable elderly residents in there "Care". Damage to property which includes £2,000.00 to a 65 Year old Frail Dementia sufferer by sheer neglect and willful damage it is a disgusting way to treat the elderly. Tameside Council should Revoke there licence to prevent any more Neglect and Harm to other Vulnerable residents.

EXTREMELY BADLY RUN. BAD MANAGEMENT LITTLE. OR BAD TRAINING GIVEN. CARERS OUT OF THE HOUSE EIGHT HOURS AND ONLY GETTING PAID FOR FOUR HOURS AS CARERS ONLY GET PAID WHILST THEY ARE IN THE HOUSES. THEY FALSIFY THE RECORDS IN THE CARE PLANS. VERY BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR.
