I’ve got nothing but positive comments for Combs Ford Doctors Surgery. Having had 3 children I understand the importance of having a good and reliable doctors! I have never not been seen on the day if needed and also have the ability to send them photos via app if seeing the doctors isn’t a necessity. Best doctors by far. Everyone I know who isn’t from the area has at least a 2 week wait to see their doctors and most don’t bother now because they will not be seen. I’ve never experienced that here and feel really lucky to be able to get appointments when needed. The nurses and doctors are all brilliant. I never leave reviews but after seeing all the negative reviews here, I felt like I should! Highly recommend!

I have been with this doctor surgery for nearly two years and I have never had a problem and I have always had a positive experience. All the staff that I have been in contact with I cannot fault them and the doctors have always been amazing and when I’ve done a ask my gp they always come back to me on the same day and I am genuinely very grateful for the service and very grateful with how quickly I have always been seen. I’ve been with this surgery for more than 25yrs. Simply cannot understand the poor reviews.
The doctors are outstanding, particularly Dr Muir and Dr Dunmore who I have seen more often than most over the years.
Reception staff are always helpful, patient and kind.
Nurse Practitioners have always been superb. And Callum the phlebotomist is the best, most gentle and pain free needle worker who has ever drawn my blood!!

When I compare the service that friends and family get in other counties - I am extremely grateful.

I can't fault this surgery at all. Always given us the best care even through a difficult and trying Pandemic. Receptionists have always been lovely and polite and the drs have been quick to respond. Finding the new system very efficient and when there has been a need for a face to face appointment, it's been given.Feel very lucky to be a patient here.

My Mum has been prescribed tablets when she got home and read the leaflet she found out she shouldn’t take them because she has a reaction to it, this should be in her notes when she contacted the Dr she was told “it’s up to you if you take them or not” what sort of help is that! She lives alone and feels very vulnerable thanks for all your help!

Terrible. Looking to change had two major issues with this surgery. One ended up with my 2 year old in hospital! Also taking hours to get a prescription every single time!!!!! Lack of communication between staff has meant I've been waiting 9 weeks to get referral to hospital and have a new born 🤬😡😡😡
