Always slow always late, if you say you open at 2 please open at 2. You complain about being busy but let a massive queue form whilst you take your extended 1.5 hour lunch break. Which in my opinion is completely too long for both the drs and pharmacy to be closed everyday! Stagger your lunch break! You have enough tea and biscuits and slow service the entire day!

Yet again I've run out of medication that is essential, every month I have to chase it up... every month I'm off the meds a few days
..out again few days now while there closed...I was told it be text before Xmas... nothing... now having to use 111 to get meds today!
They are a shambles!!

It's not what you say but how you say it.... What's worrying here is that there's a month between my repeat prescription collection dates and it being ready for collection. More than once it's not been entered into the system. A polite explanation would make a big difference between one and five star's.
