I have been unwell for a very long time, and I must say that Dr Izuebe Stanley listen to me. He did everything he had to do and I thank him for that.
I am disappointed that a week after I receive a message that my blood test results are ready and I have to call and book a phone call appointment with my doctor to discuss my results. When I called I have been offered an appointment after three weeks.
How this can be possible
A month after my blood test I am being told that I need medication. Months and months after keep telling my doctors that I know I am not ok. Why takes them so long to make one minute call. Honestly, it was one minute call. The minute they have the blood results they should call the patients and send them the prescription. Don't let them wait and wonder what's going on with their health? Don't let them panic more and more every single day.

Poor service!
The receptionist lady is old enough to know how to communicate respectfully with patients but unfortunately have had no talent to this age and learned nothing! Unprofessional and impatient. I wonder why they don't change and improve the receptionist despite so many negative feedback!

Just changed surgeries after moving as I was not kept on at the previous one.
Was nervous about joining but popped in yesterday after I'd been registered there.
The support staff and pharmacist are lovely! Super helpful, keeping all my needs just as they were managed previously. I was able to make an appointment while there without any issues.
I feel very relaxed about being a patient with them.

Doctor was old enough to retire and couldn't speak properly to the point he wasn't understandable, he sent my partner out crying. Front desk had phones on silent so you'll be waiting 16 minutes on hold and it's pointless.

Dr, Constantine from the beginning was helpful and attentive. This continued throughout my consultation as patiently listened to my concerns, encouraged me to ask questions and done the necessary checks & tests. He made me feel very comfortable and out all of the GP Doctors I’ve been to definitely this is best service I’ve received. Thank you for your high professionalism and great service Dr Constantine 10/10!!

Absolutely ridiculous do not sign with this doctors practice ! My LG 6 years old needed to see a doctor for a on going water infection she is complex needs / cerebral palsy and they are refusing to see her unless I book 2 weeks in advance or do a E consultation she’s 6 years old in a great amout of pain that could be easy sureed with 5 min doctors appointments to put her back on antibiotics that she needs now we are having to sit up a&e for hours that’s causing so much stress to a child that has additional needs doctors are disgusting will be going else where and also taking this complaint a lot further

Absolutely the worst survice me and my daughters have ever received from a doctors surgery. Horrendous receptionists and doctors. Not listened to whatsoever. Been left to withdraw from my medication due to their mistakes on multiple occasions. My daughter taken off her asthma pumps that she's been on for 4 years without no knowledge of her medical history. I'm absolutely disgusted. Leaving doctors today only been there for 5months and this was my experience... Would definitely never recommend

Called the surgery 2 days ago to enquire about the procedure for dropping registration form and was told I could drop the forms off from around 8:30- around past 5pm. I was at the surgery this morning to drop registration forms for my family with my family seared in the car on the premises but to my greatest shock the lady seated in the position of the receptionist from the window on the right of the building was extremely rude and unhelpful the way she attended to me. She told me the drop off time was on the form and stated 2:30-5:30 and just slammed the window back at me without allowing me to explain why I came in the morning. Whilst I was still talking she just left me there standing by the window. I won't be coming back to the surgery to register as I believe these are definitely not the NHS values I expect from a surgery I would be registered to.
