Very knowledgeable and friendly team, I learnt loads not just about my injury and how to treat it, and but also how to improve my running posture and hopefully prevent a recurrence. All in an hour! Highly recommended.

Lovely venue in Hathersage. Colin gave me plenty of time to describe my symptoms and concerns. He did a thorough physical exam and advice on how to deal with the problem. His comments about running action were especially useful

Colpod podiatry has been game changer and actually a normal-life saver for me. Written off by the NHS I was forced to look for answers elsewhere.
A new diagnosis is enabling treatment and I have hope for recovery.

Aside from Colin being the nicest guy you could wish to have treating you, he is also one of the most knowledgeable and engaging therapists I have ever met. I have been working with him for the last three months as I get back to running pain free and I can safely credit all my progress to his patient, relatable and clear advice and assistance. After two years of shuffling in pain I am back to proper running and looking forward to getting out in the hills again!!

This is the 2nd time I have visited Colin with a niggling running injury and once again my condition has improved dramatically and that’s before the custom insoles. (Consultant orthopaedic surgeon told me I would probably just have to live with it and give up running!). Simple observations and alterations to my walk/run style have made all the difference. I cannot recommend Colpod highly enough.

Having suffered from Plantar fasciitis for some months and trying exercises and innersoles bought on line, my Podiatrist recommended a vist to Colpod Therapies. Colin suggested a course of shock wave treatment and more bespoke innersoles. Some weeks later my problem has been fully resolved , although I am continuing with the innersoles and execises to prevent a potential relapse. I can recommend Colin and his team. I am walking again pain free and have just returned from a touring holiday with no mobility isues.
