After a slightly traumatic experience at the dentist, I had struggled to return to one. However, Hamza Ahmad from the Horsham branch was wonderful! His calming nature and reassuring approach made the entire treatment much easier. Even though I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, I would happily return to see him again. A great dentist to have on board!

Absolutely fantastic. Just had three fillings done by Ines and Tia her dental nurse. I had one tooth which I thought was beyond saving.

Dentist surgery at Frinton on sea. My dentist is Angelika and assistant Mary where fantastic with my tooth extraction. I'm not good at going to the dentist but it was pain free and over in no time. Would recommend this dentist to anybody.

The receptionist at the clapham road branch has zero interpersonal skills and the cost to fix a chipped front tooth has almost doubled in price in 5 years.

Dr Shameek Popat has been my dentist for over 20 years. He is professional knowledgeable and personable. Over the years I gradually lost my smile due to wear and tear and grinding. As a result of his skill and care ably assisted by Invisalign he has restored my smile and with it my self-confidence. For years I avoided smiling and now I smile all the time. Thank you Shameek for your skill and care.

My wife has an appointment.We have received FIVE CALLS, two emails and three texts, reminding her of her appointment, and requesting to fill in forms.My phone is not a smart phone and I have been unable to get anywhere on my IPad. One reminder we can accept but not FIVE.
I want to emphasise that that the remarks are NOT aimed at Handside dental service, who give an excellent service.
I have since found out the the emails and text calls come from Dentally.

I would have given 0 stars if I had the option. I was suppose to have a toot extracted on the 9/12/21, however the dentist was unable to attend work on the day. Which is fine, these things happen and I understand. However the issue I have is that I am in severe pain, on my third round of antibiotics and still awaiting a call back from the practice manager to try and get me booked in with one of the other dentist. I was promised a call back on the 6/12/2021. This has not happened, I have been chasing for a week now with a promise of a call back on a daily basis. I have always thought that Cambourne Dental provided a good level of service to their patients, however this past week's experience have left much to be desired. It does not take a lot to pick the phone up to inform patients that they are working on a solution as the appointment was cancelled due to no fault of my own. I chased again this morning to be told the practice manager will call during lunch, I am yet to receive that call as well. Disgusting customer service and a truly disappointing experience from Cambourne Dental on this occasion. I have been trying to ring the UK Head Office number to enquire in regards to a resolution, but this just goes to VM and if you leave a VM no one rings back. I would be ashamed if this was the level of customer service you provide.

Where do I start? Horrible communication, I am chasing for months their manager after a complain, no one ever gets back to me. They just ignore customers, they take your money as a deposit for the treatment, and then they disappear ignoring calls and emails. Avoid t the norwood branch at all cost, its a bunch of people that simply don't care and cannot do their job.
