Absolute garbage surgery. For over a year i have been back and forth to this surgery, constantly having my doctor changed, constantly having to tell them of my repeat prescription telling the same story to 5 or 6 different doctors and theres no point having an appointment ' time' as you always end up waiting ages, today was nearly 55 mins. Avoid

Worst doctors surgery ever, They don't care a hoot about you and ignore "first do no harm" ....in fact i personally believe from my own personal experience is they do more harm than good,

The last great doctor who actually truly cared about your health and was a true competent doctor at colliery surgery was Dr Saunders, Since Dr Saunders departed i truly believe the colliery practice has become a total and utter disaster of poor incompetent health care to the extreme (at least in my personal experience) i believe theY become easily the worst doctors surgery in the UK probably even worse than most 3rd world doctors from tin pot dictatorial countries ,

From personal experience some of these colliery surgery GP'S (not all) should be investigated for medical negligence and struck off,
They have no consideration or from my own experience understanding of issues surrounding mental health and the difficulties and challenges poor mental health causes people in their daily life let alone during the joke of a pandemic. zero consideration was giving by colliery surgery for people like myself who suffer from a serious mental health disability that is a daily disabling issue.

For example during covid they refused all my requested appointments even with the diabetic nurse including reviews, check-ups and blood tests etc which meant they actually stopped my diabetic medication (and all other medications) for not having a diabetic review which was not even possible to attend due to their very own covid rules banning me from having that review for medications and diabetes , which meant i went without very important even life saving blood pressure medication and diabetic medication for a long extended period of time literally putting my health at serious risk until i could get the medication supplied via an online pharmacy and online consult, which cost me greatly.

i ended up having to order blood pressure, diabetic, pain killer, mental health meds and other meds online at my own great expense despite holding a prepaid prescription NHS Card.

i don't drive and they flippantly suggested without a 2nd thought of my mental health difficulties that i go to some place in Doncaster by bus or taxi to some car park that was a covid test centre in a taxi from the bus station and do a diabetic blood test and i believe diabetic review by sticking my arm and body parts out the window...what a joke, i am not going to some car par in Doncaster in a taxi and being treated in that way, They (DOCTORS AND STAFF) were well aware of my disabling mental health status and knew fully that would be impossible for me to complete but the receptionist could not care one bit about my mental health issues.

Frankly if they were happy for me to go to a car park in Doncaster why could they not do that in a quiet private area outside at the colliery surgery open areas around the building? ...its all so pathetic...the NHS is frankly a shambles and a total and utter embarrassment not fit for purpose, we now officially live in a clown world while run by the dumbest of the dumb clowns.

These people at colliery surgery are not fit for purpose, the non medical staff are beyond rude and condescending to the extreme, they treat the public like fools and children.

IF YOU NEED A DOCTOR I SUGGEST YOU DON'T CONSIDER COLLIERY SURGERY AS THEY ARE THE WORST BY FAR IN MY OPINION,
I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM TO TREAT VERMIN LET ALONE A PERSON.
IN FACT IN MY OPINION THEY WILL LIKELY TREAT YOU LIKE VERMIN RATHER THAN A PERSON WHO MATTERS. with the likes of the colliery surgery it is no wonder the healthcare in the UK is a joke and something to be ashamed of.
don't believe me? if you believe the covid bull then just look at our overall numbers compared to the rest of the world, yeah what a great NHS we have got ehh..frankly we obviously worst healthcare in the world if you believe the con.vid-19 numbers.

AVOID COLLIERY SURGERY HARWORTH AT ALL COSTS, GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE COLLIERY SURGERY.

this review is just my personal opinion and based on my own personal experience. thanks

Called 35 times from 8am, harworth answered at 9.10am for the receptionist to tell me I should of called at 8am not 9am because I won't be seen, I explained I've been ringing since 8am and it kept saying line busy..no apology or anything. Was told I would not see a doctor face to face anyway and that I cant have a phone consult either because I didn't call at 8am. Very very rude receptionist!! Didn't even ask what my medical problem was so god help if it was really serious. This is very poor service for a medical centre.

Abysmal, can never get through on the phone, you have to ring at 08:00 to stand any chance of getting a "telephone appointment" with a GP. So you try and at 09:30am you are still trying to get through to them. OK 11:27 and still no answer, I have now called over 246 times this morning with no answer. Lets all clap the NHS. They only get 1 star because there is no option to give no stars.
