Very happy that I am registered at this GP surgery. I found it very easy to get an appointment via E-consult, I was called the following morning to book in and the receptionist was very accommodating when trying to fit in my appointment around my working hours.

The receptionists and nurses I have dealt with are always kind and pleasant. Dr A Lawler is a great asset to the surgery - very professional, thorough, easy to talk to and a good listener!

The GP's at the surgery, who I've had dealings with, are helpful and take time to understand the needs of their patients. It's a pity the other staff employed at the Colliery Court aren't as courteous . The majority are rude and very unhelpful with a can't do attitude.

Rude uncourteous counter staff who generally seem totally offended and put out by your very presence on pretty much every occasion I have been in there. The last doctor my four year old daughter saw here misdiagnosed a very simple and common condition and then prescribed for this wrong diagnosis. Clever stuff...
