I had an exceptional experience with Dr Carl Agyeman at Collier Row Dental Practice during my recent root canal treatment. From start to finish, his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Dr Agyeman took the time to carefully explain each step of the procedure, ensuring I fully understood what to expect. He discussed the potential risks with clarity and answered all my questions with patience and expertise, which put me at ease immediately. After the treatment, he went above and beyond by outlining my options for the next steps in my dental care, giving me the confidence to make informed decisions about my ongoing treatment.

A special thank you as well to the receptionists at the front desk, who were incredibly welcoming. Their friendly demeanour added to the overall positive experience.

Friendly reception staff.
However when called to chase up, no answer for 2 days. Email response almost a week to respond.
When I called again was told 6 months wait for root canL, will need hospital to discharge first, no ide what she was talking about.
10 mins later received call from another staff who gave the appointment within a week also confirmed receipt of mail and confirmed appointment. No idea why I was told 6 months wait.

Great service and care. Had an emergency appointment with Amber today. She was not only kind and caring, but she fixed a small chip in my tooth to the best of her ability and helped me with advice on the next steps in my treatment when I was anxious and in pain from an infection. As someone who has fears of dental practices she really put my mind at ease, I'd love her to be my regular dentist. Thank you so much for your care!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experiences I've had at your clinic.Firstly, I urgently requested an appointment for an x-ray due to a health concern that requires immediate attention. However, I was informed that the earliest available appointment is four weeks from the date of my inquiry. This delay is concerning, as it impedes my ability to promptly address the issue and provide necessary information to my doctor for further investigation.Additionally, I must bring to your attention a previous incident in 2023, which further exemplifies my dissatisfaction with the level of care provided at your clinic. During a visit concerning discomfort in one of my teeth, I was assured by the attending doctor that it was nothing serious, merely a matter of minor discomfort due to tooth movement. However, it was later discovered by another healthcare provider that there was a significant infection behind the tooth, necessitating a nearly two-hour surgery to extract the tooth and cleanse the area.These experiences have left me deeply concerned about the quality and reliability of the care offered at your clinic. As a patient, I expect to receive timely and accurate assessments of my health concerns, as well as prompt access to necessary diagnostic procedures.
