It was my first time with any sort of issues with my feet so I was nervous beyond belief due to all the horror stories you hear about ingrown toenails however my experience was the furthest from this. The moment I walked in the man at the front desk addressed me by my name and instantly made me feel at ease, he assured me it would be okay and that my lady would be with me soon. The lady who helped me was extremely kind and welcoming, she was gentle and distracted me with talking about my day. There was zero pain at all and I had the best experience with the help of friendly staff. 10/10 recommend with any issues.

I had a bad pain between my little toe that was affecting me walking and a few other problems so I booked with Collier Row Clinic.i was nervous but I can't believe how good my experience was. I was treated by a lady called Bukola who was so gentle I cannot recommend this clinic enough

Just been to the foot clinic, to day usually only have nails cut but went for a full treatment this time, I was put in a different room at the front, the chair was a large swivel type , and I don't like the type of chair as its moving all the time and you can't relax, did mention this to the lady doing my feet if it could be locked to stop the swivel but no responce , I found it very difficult to get on and off the chair, putting my socks shoes on after was not easy, ,I will ask for the back room next time, hoping it will be a better experience

My first visit to Collier Row Chiropody by recommendation. Jan was thorough, very experienced, and friendly. She explained everything and put me at ease. The surgery is scrupulously clean and comfortable. A friendly receptionist was welcoming and efficient. I'm definitely making my next appointment to carry on with my treatment.
