An appointment is always available when needed and the GP's, Nurses and Physios are professional and helpful.
Particular commendation to Pauline who was so kind to me when I was worried about my back, she had lots of advice and I didn't feel rushed at all, she was lovely and really helped me.
The receptionists do their best and always manage to fit me in when needed. I always found College Surgery to be fantastic when my daughter was little and needed to be seen with childhood illnesses.
I would highly recommend this Surgery and all the staff who work there.

Absolutely useless!! I can't comment anymore I'm so bloody furious with the lack of respect or the fact of giving a shit. I'm a retired nurse I can't begin to tell you how inadequate this practise and their satellite practises are!!!

Don’t go here if you actually want an appointment. Partner had an appointment booked for a couple weeks, then after over an hour of waiting in the surgery for that appointment, we get told the doctor isn’t in. Then they book him in for a week later. He then gets a call at the start of the week that his new appointment is booked, saying the doctor still won’t be in and that they can’t fit him in for another 3 weeks.

The worst GP practice I’ve ever used. Doctors are bullies who do not listen, who take you off long term for life medication without telling you and then the whole surgery refuses to deal with your complaint or help with your poor health that they’ve caused by changing your medication and refusing to deal with your complaint. Been waiting 4+ weeks for a response to 2 urgent complaints. They do not care about their patients and have zero empathy and listening skills. To update - complaint from July has still never been responded to. I hate this surgery so much!!

Booked shingles jabs for me and my wife arrived in plenty of time for appointments were delayed no reason given after speaking to other patients they were delayed too. After 30 minutes late we decided to leave. Now on my online info I have an embargo for 3 days on my account what authority has anybody to do this. I would like an explanation from the person who placed this on my account as I find this disrespectful R Smith

This review doesn't apply to the nurses. So I have had many very rude interactions with a receptionist called dave I will explain just one of my interactions with this sour rude old man I was stood in line waiting and when it was my time to speak with dave he seemed busy so I waited until he was done typing on his computer I was stood for 2 minutes then he very rudely said well if you don't ask what you want I'm not going to help you and you will be stood there all day I mean he didn't say anything when I stood in front of his window he was face deep in his computer and then he randomly became hostile for no reason he should not be in that type of work if he is that easily annoyed very unprofessional

Doctors, nurses and receptionists vary between really nice and helpful to downright rude and dismissive, hence the one star, because you need to be able to trust a service like this and we cannot anymore. I fully accept some people have had good experiences, this is just our personal experience as a family.

Always excellent. Appreciation for our wonderful doctors in a lovely environment. The support, care and advice never fails. What would we do without them? One thing is for certain and that is we should never take this exceptional medical care for granted.
