please read the reviews and avoid this company. Will not answer your phone calls after purchasing their service. After being days late with a confirmation booking I requested a refund and have been charged 80£ for non existent services.
Just to make it CLEAR, I have made the booking last week for an appointment this week for a test. It was not several weeks, it was several days.

Their reply show the exact level of customer care they have for their customers. I am same as many other people a person with a tight schedule, a work and family life, I used the booking system for a day 5 days later (bear in mind I should have received a booking confirmation within 48h). The booking day has been and gone today with them pretending not to hear me on the phone when I rang 13 times.

This booking has been made and cancelled within a week and the scheduled date not respected, refunded partially -80£ which is outrageous for absolutely nothing on their behalf.

This company is badly managed by an individual. It is an embarrassment as a company and is best to avoid doing business with (paying them to book exams for you). Customers are complaining about them all the time at the exam and test centres (where I have been and seen numerous issues about this company) and unhappy and angry customers putting the staff at risk when they are screaming and shouting about refunds that they have not received and poor customer service. I have heard customers of this CS Learning state that they made phone calls and are told “it’s not my problem” and then being hung up on. I would advise that as a customer looking to book exams with this particular company that you don’t and that you look for other approved places that can help you book exams.

For anybody struggling with a refund. Please contact your bank if you paid by them. If you used a credit card, please contact the card company. If you used PayPal please contact PayPal and raise a dispute.

For anyone and the someone who I spoke to today who has made a threat to go and find a person called Kareem at this place who has been rude to them. I ask you to think twice and not do the “finding” or anything else as you may find yourself in trouble with the law.

Please book with Trinity college, I was completely scammed by this company made to drive 3 hours to Birmingham to be told we were
Late after waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room even though we got there way before the test started! Got called a liar by this company even after I sent proof. Still waiting for my refund one week later. This company needs to be taken to court for their fraudulent activities. They are a reseller for LanguageCert and even LanguageCert showed some serious concern in this resellers activities.

One star is too generous for them!
I placed my booking in April for the B1 exam for June, and a few days later received a confirmation email with the date and time of the exam.
I have driven 3 hours one way to find out that the exam was cancelled and College of Skills and Learning failed to inform me about it. When I called them that day after 30 minutes of waiting at the closed exam centre I was told: "exam was cancelled, go home". I immediately asked for a refund, but instead of the refund, I received a text message two weeks later after 9 pm, in which I was provided with new exam date. They literally gave me 36 hrs notice in advance and did not even bother to ask if I can attend the exam that day. They decided on their own for what date place a booking for the exam, completely ignored my right to refund and waited till the last moment to provide me with the exam date to prevent me from cancelling it. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional, incompetent and scam company!! They did not reply to my complaint letter and text message, so I had to start a chargeback with my bank and was issued a full refund. In the end, I would like to add, the way they collect sensitive personal data like an ID for verification purpose - is against the GDPR and Data Protection Act. I am going to report CS Learning to ICO for data protection breach. Please avoid at all cost!!!

This company took my money and when it was time for me to write the test they gave me excuses. It’s been 4 months now and they’ve gone quiet with my money. When I called the hey told me I complain too much and they’re going to block me. This company shouldn’t be allowed to be giving tests. They’re quick to take money from you but don’t deliver what you paid for. I would say they’ve the worst customer service and people shouldn’t book anything from them.

Scammers, avoid like the plague!

Went to these online following a test being cancelled due to snow by another provider as we stood at the door. CSL took a booking fee of £195 for an SELT claiming it would be conducted at another, reputable company in Leeds. That other company however confirms it has no relationship or agreement with these bandits who claim (in writing) to have processed a refund. PayPal confirmed 2nd February no refund request made. Abundantly clear from other reviews this is nothing new, responses only ever portray arrogance. Now passed to legal authorities to deal with.

UPDATE: Still no refund despite the lie in the response saying it has been made on the 21st of January and in the response, 'days ago'.

The owner of the legitimate entity where the confirmation states the test would take place absolutely refutes any association with these bandits or that it received any such booking from them to cancel for Covid or any other reasons.

Case raised with PayPal & Barclays Fraud. Police next.

I give one because of Karim's kindness whilst dealing with me. Otherwise, it might be helpful if this College are a little more informative when giving information.

I had also wanted to cancel within 20 minutes of signing just as another user's experience. I wasn't able to cancel. When I resolved to continue with the SELT exam, there was no information about the result for several days despite being informed it would be sent to me the next day.

I made several unsuccessful trips to the Centre in Holborn including writing an email but there was no response. It was a nightmare experience. I didn't know my result until I had to go back to the Centre where I was informed to call Karim. At the Centre, I met a user complaining about the College

Desperate, I called and was so happy to hear Karim's voice. Karim is genuinely nice; helpful. But I believe the College really needs to take a very good look at their process. I thank Karim for his help but unfortunately, I cannot give a score of more than two out of five. It would be misleading and unfair to those seeking to use the service.
