Cannot fault the breast screening service . Fast, efficient and very patient focused. I was really impressed with the attention I received. I couldn’t have had better if I had been a private patient. The whole team of staff, from the receptionist to the consultant was friendly, supportive and really knew their stuff, which was reassuring . Thank you .

Would like to thank all the staff on Elmstead day ward for all the kindness and care shown to my disabled son during his stay . A big thank you to the anesthetist team for there calm approach and kindness shown and working well together supporting my son during his operation. A shout out to the ENT department and a massive thank you to Ellie staff nurse looking after my son and our flow of teas !

My husband went to A&E twice over the Christmas period with very slight signs of a stroke. The staff everywhere were wonderful, from the Triage nurses, the doctors and nurses in A&E and all the staff in the Stroke Unit. He was treated extremely quickly, professionally and with kindness. The whole hospital was almost at standpoint with the sheer amount of admissions but we could not fault the treatment he received.

I had a robotic radical Prostatectomy in June last year following a positive result for Prostate Cancer. The care I have received from the consultants, nurses and theatre staff was superb.
Post operation again the treatment I have received from all the staff have been exemplary, including the consultant Urology nurses and Urology Physio Samantha Head. I am very well that without all the staff who have been involved with my care I wouldn't be here to write this review.

As a Gynae Oncology patient with stage 3 cancer, I cannot praise all the Oncology Departments who are helping me enough. My Oncology Gynae team have been outstanding and helpful, the Chemotherapy Department were fantastic, but I have to give even more praise to the Radiotherapy Department, who have an amazing team of staff, particularly the Radiographers (if that's their job title), where my treatment was very intensive so very uncomfortable and brutal, but they did everything they could to help me and make it as easy as possible.

I went for an X-ray and follow up appointment. Excellent experience. I was seen swiftly, x-rayed, had a consultation, the doctor listened to me and x-rayed another area, I was seen again and was reassured and am waiting an appointment for an MRI scan. Very friendly, professional people, and a very clean environment.

Fell over and broke my hip on a Saturday afternoon. Was driven to Colchester hospital at 3.10pm andby 4pm was seen, documented triaged and Xrayed and placed in a comfortable holding ward. Following day, Sunday,was operated on to repair the hip. Excellent follow up service. I was a visitor from Kent staying at a Colchester hotel and appreciated the help I was given.
