I fundamentally believe that the Colab's a force for good with a good ethos towards the downtrodden, street homeless and troubled individuals respectively

Today, Laura and Ben were the welcoming team, extraordinary levels of care with a professional and fastidious attention to detail.

Good work, chaps.

had to escort a family member for an appointment, parking was an issue unfortunately, but eventually arrived. the free tea and coffee was a nice touch, but rather spoilt by having to share a lobby with loudly arguing other visitors, shouting profanities and insults at each other, and being approached on three occasions by other clients asking me for money, cigarettes (I don't smoke!) and alcohol(I don't!). I understand the stewards have a rather tough time with the clientele, I guess we all have our issues.
On the plus side, they were eventually able to help my family member to a certain extent.

This is a very helpful and friendly place with a walk in gp service with nurses available in the mornings and doctors available all day, other services are available they help with advice about housing and drug and alcohol services too. All staff are very friendly especially Rose on the reception of the doctors.

Not in a very nice part of Exeter.
Looks tired and shabby,
Also clientele tend to hang around in groups outside and if not drinking alcohol from tins or doing other illegal activities, you can be accosted for " Any spare change "
Tend not to use the car park ( King William) nearby now either .

The team are extremely helpful & try their very best, however, due to government cuts, the staff are having a hard time trying to sort out from charity grants & they are being stressed to the limits

A really good place to go to for help with some things, plus for training courses, really community-based takes in and caters to help a variety of society, I'd say is the Hub centre of Exeter.
