I had miscalculated my remaining prescription, and was going to run out this weekend. The pharmacy team expedited my request so that I could continue on the medication without a break. Fabulous service !!
They seem to be very busy all the time, but never fail to give their full attention and consideration to their customers..
I think a little politeness and courtesy to the hard working staff is repaid many times over.

Back up to four, seem to have really sorted themselves, great. I would love to have a later night opening or weekend, but one thing at a time.

Adding another star! Let's hope this improvement is permanent, like it used to be. Opening hours still poor though, no weekend opening is a pain. Please have one late night opening if no weekend opening..

Slow, abusive, rude. Not fit for purpose.

Poor, slow and unable to actually get items in on time. Despite phoning up and being told they'll get things ready, they don't. You have to call, everything for deliver. Now closed on weekends, needs to improve drastically.

Today was a new low. Management being down right rude to an elderly lady. They said they don't do home delivery unless you are house bound despite the fact she said she really struggles to get out, they also said that because she is hard of hearing they did not want to if she didn't hear the delivery, she said she watches out on the day. Then they continued this public talking down by saying she should know what she came for. She had a list, but, it is your job Cohens.

This is the third time I have been back for a 'completed' order. Email on the 24th to say it was completed. Apparently I should know Head Office are just sending them out... or maybe they are to slow?

So we picked some up a few days ago, yesterday everything was ready... I said "Is that everything", after a 30 minute wait. The lady said yes, I got home and wait, it was not. So back today, same lady...said I should have known and they gave me everything. It was not possibly there fault.. then to prove a point she went through the prescriptions.. oh wait there's the missed bit. No apology, took offence when I opened the package there and then. "Everything is in there". I did remind her this was attempt number 3, she said it was not there fault. I think they are clueless. Doctor sees patient doctor sends requirements for medicine to pharmacy...

Appalling service - in fact there is no service at all. Phone is ignored and you are ignored when there in person. No eye contact to avoid explaining why prescriptions are never ready. They waste your time - usually more than an hour with every visit to get a prescription which should have been ready to collect, usually days before. Always excuses and they are definitely looking for you to become agitated so that they can use the "staff abuse" get out clause. Elderly customers are treated with disdain on often made to wait more than 30 minutes standing in the queue. Management have no idea how to run this business.

Absolutely disgusting service by the pharmacist behind the counter. Was advised that my prescription would be ready by 3pm the next day. When it came to collection the original lady would not serve me and her colleague came and advised that there was no way they could get this and her colleague advised me they need to call up to see if they could obtain this, and basically avoided me of lying when I said this is not what was advised. 2 of them telling me that I miss understood what they said and it’s my fault. I am supposed to be away for a week and my Holliday is going to be ruined because they advised incorrectly. If I was made aware they couldn’t get it I would have tried other pharmacies. I have never been treated like this before and disputed by the service from this pharmacist.

You can't phone to check to see if prescriptions are ready because the phone is either engaged or not answered. If you go in person you queue for too long, you are then asked to wait ages for it to be prepared. Today, I overheard one of the staff say 'don't anybody answer the phone'. Had to go back home, was told it would be ready for 1pm. Got someone else to look after my terminally ill husband, when I returned, was told they don't have the items! A joke, only not funny!

It's taking longer to get prescriptions, it used to be 3-4 days from ordering to collection. Now they suggest over 1 week when you order online. Many times when I go to collect on the appointed day, I have to wait up to 30 minutes for them to sort my prescription. Staff polite but service is deteriorating.

This has to be the worst ran pharmacy I've ever seen, completely and utterly disorganized, behind the desk looks a mess how they can work in that is a miracle.

Some serious training needs to happen, staff are not polite and they treat you as an inconvenience. Someone needs to step in and sort this mess out.

This pharmacy has been my main one for years now. Iv grown up with them and that’s probably why I stay. Phone line isn’t usually answered and I’m constantly told I have to wait 3 days when it’s how my surgery once to prescribe my medication ( done weekly). My mother has also had problems which has hurt her. On the other hand most of the staff are nice ( most) and I understand covid 19 has made their job incredibly difficult and stressful so give them credit for this.
