Claire is an amazing person and therapist. Her hypnotherapy approach helped me so much to deal with the anxiety I have. I met her for five minutes and it felt like we had been friends forever. I fully recommend her to anyone who is feeling lost to learn how to relax and feel less anxious. If you put the work in then I found it to be magical.

I recently had a hypnotherapy session with Claire to help me slow down and learn how to prioritise/make more time for myself in my busy life.
The setting for my session in Claire’s studio smelt amazing, and was cosy and warm. I immediately felt safe and relaxed.
Claire is calm, caring, motivational and very positive. She definitely puts you at ease. She is passionate and extremely knowledgeable about her work/coaching and techniques. Most importantly she takes time to listen.
I found Claire to be encouraging and inspirational. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I booked in for a hypnotherapy relaxation session with Claire as I was feeling anxious and stressed.
I instantly felt comfortable with the beautiful room set up and claire made me feel at ease immediately. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Claire talked me through it and answered any concerns I had.
