Having just moved into our new house with its laughably low water pressure we needed a complete overhaul of our boiler & tank to put things right. We met with Charlie at CMS Plumbing and on first meeting we knew he would be the right fit for us.

Charlie & his team mate Joe both arrived promptly to begin the task of the removal of and subsequent installation of boiler & water tank. They both worked diligently from start of work to finish each day & were extremely courteous, quiet & considerate - something we valued greatly. They navigated each issue that an old house throws up with ease & calm which made a potentially stressful 4.5 days truly easy going for us. They also kept things tidy and always cleaned up after themselves every day.

Suffice it to say we’re already planning our next few jobs with Charlie as this house needs a lot of plumbing TLC. Please don’t hesitate to book CMS Plumbing, you won’t regret it!

I had a last minute complete failure of my entire combi-boiler system. Charlie was a recommendation from a friend. He arrived, on time, on the Wednesday, and had installed the boiler by the Friday.

He is polite, friendly and honest. He arrived on time, completed all work to a high standard, and explained all stages of the work. He managed all expectations, did not run over-time or over budget. He was clean and tidy.

I would highly recommend him, and will be using him again in the future.

Was looking for a local plumber and found Charlie online. We have just moved house and have been struggling to get tradesman to look at smaller jobs. Charlie responded promptly to my enquiry and booked the work in. Did a good job, was tidy and efficient. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Didn't do anything that didn't need doing. Was really impressed and would highly recommend.

CMS has done a couple of jobs for me now, first was moving around my bathroom and installing a new bath and shower. Second, install new pipework in the garage for the washing machine. Always on time and really responsive to messages, flexible with timings and generally very easy going and works to high standards. Would recommend to friends and will keep CMS in mind for future jobs.

So happy with the new boiler Charlie fitted, it wasn't a straightforward switch but he easily sorted it all. He was hardworking, reliable and very tidy. He is very knowledgeable and polite, would highly recommend!
