Website says it’s open on Sunday from 9 am. I went at 9.30 but it was closed. Not sure if the timings on the website are accurate. Misleading

No like to give even 1 star because i wait 1 week for my medication wen i collect my medication the box are empty no tablets inside i open front of pharmacist i spent 40 min to prof is no medication in side the box butt thay not accept thay even see cctv I'm not go out side the shop is such a joke

Came to this pharmacy and the service was excellent.
Quick service, my issue was discussed with the most confidentiality and I felt very comfortable talking with the pharmacist named Ahmar.
Definitely recommend using this pharmacy as they always tend to have the stock and if they are ever short, they will always go above and beyond to provide the perfect alternative.

Absolutely disgusting service went midweek for seizures medication said they would have it by Monday went Monday to pick it up said they don’t have it don’t know when they will get it in could of called me Friday to tell me so i could go else where lots of people on fb said it’s gone down hill and it has this is not the first time ?

I was referred to Clockhouse pharmacy by nhs111 for my son’s repeat prescription who is severely asthmatic. On arrival I explained my referral and requested for the prescription. Patients name was taken and I was told it will take 15 mins. Which is fair enough. I went back after half an hour, asked for prescription. Again I was asked to write patient’s name on a piece of paper. They made me wait again for at least 20 min just to let me know they don’t take referrals from NHS 111. Why I wasn’t informed at the first time and I I had to wait only to find out they don’t take referral.Clockhouse really have to work on their management. It’s going bad to worse I must say.

It’s Sunday and X-Mas eve!! Thankfully they were open at 9am- just what we needed. We were given good, practical advice, and got the medicine required. Also contacted them through Google messenger and received a reply within an hour. Really helpful service and would highly recommend.
