I cannot praise the Treatment room enough, from Gill on reception to all the lovely, competent nurses who are patient and thorough . I have had to attend twice a week for the last month and especially today with Amanda , Anne and Sarah who showed particularly kind treatment. Just thank you so much. Treatment ongoing....!!!

Took my frail father to be reviewed re analgesia. After trying to resolve issues over prescriptions it took 4 times between pharmacy and gps to get issue resolved. This was in icy conditions after it had snowed. Parent has restricted mobility and high risk of falls. He would not have been able to resolve this issue because of the lengths I had to go to to get it resolved. Very poor customer service and support.

Can never get an appointment in the evening so be prepared to google your illnesses trying to find a cure for yourself if you are a full time worker.. with a fast growing community like clitheroe you the clitheroe health centre really needs to make more doctors available..

Very clear. Staff very obliging to help. Very little waiting if not on time to see a medical person. All the walls are full of very important information, if not sure ask the reception person.

My other half was in here for a check-up in the midwives room (room 44 I believe) and due to the heat of the room almost passed out!!! Not acceptable for anyone let alone pregnant people!! Get it sorted
