Not even worthy of a one star quite frankly, ADHD assessment took place in June, it is now October and I have yet to receive my diagnostic report. I went via the NHS commissioned route. I have emailed them stating I will take it to the CQC and NHS England and they have now just ignored my correspondence. Don't waste your time , if you're fortunate enough; just go private but not with this company!

Their customer service is terrible. My emails about trying to book an appointment are being ignored for 7 days at a time. They say they will call back and never do. Very interesting approach towards clients who are seeking help with their mental health and wellbeing.

UPDATE: I finally got diagnosed with ADHD elsewhere after a year!!!!!!!!! Taking concerta and we'll see that will take me!!!!!!
PLEASE AVOID. I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THE DOCTOR, so no fellow ADHDers will go through the same as me. Please look through all the reviews before you decide to choose this terrible clinic.

Don't hand out your money to them. When you already did, they will hang up on you many times automatically when you call. That's not the worst part.

The doctor I met dismissed my whole history of learning difficulties and dropping out, concluded it was depression before even getting to know the reasons. Made unprofessional and rude judgements about my personal experiences. He only knows his textbook type of ADHD and has some last-century stereotypes about it. He has already decided whether you have it beforehand. There is no record of how I got those scores whatsoever. I emailed them asking for it, but no one will provide it for me.

When you try to ask for a second opinion, they will gaslight you and dismiss you until you give up on the idea. It is already hard dealing with all the emails trying to speak up for yourself as an ADHDer. They don't care about your situation, they are only there to cover up for the doctor. After weeks of waiting, they finally offered a half refund to me or I need to further report them lol. I took the money and left because there's no point in wasting another second there.

Unreliable, uncaring, late, greedy, unavailable, inflexible, uncompassionate.
They are only after your money. Stay away at all costs.

I have been a patient for a while, and payed thousands of pounds between assessments and appointments. Today, I had a busy day due to work and other commitments. I missed my appointment (£225 for 30 minutes!!!). The first missed appointment out of more than 20. They called me 4 hours after the time of the appointment to tell me that they were going to charge me the full price of the missed appointment. I was then told that I had to pay another £225 to reschedule the appointment. The first slot available was going to be 19 days later.
To add insult to injury, they charged me a £75 admin fee to renew my prescription. This is on top of the cost of the medication, which is north of £100.

I was willing to tolerate the many instances of unprofessionalism (i.e.: postponing my £700 assessment twice, delaying my treatment by 3 months), but this is just too much.

This is simply shameful. I know they are running a business, but we are talking about people’s health here.

I suggest you think twice before entrusting your health to these people.

Awful middle man admin company. Nothing but good experiences with the doctors they employ but the switchboard and admin side of things is bloated, slow and just makes the whole experience needlessly complicated.

I used them through the NHS outsourcing some patients I can't believe anybody would pay for the service they provide. Whenever I've tried to call them, the team I need is unavailable and the switchboard lady says she'll leave a message to call me back. Usually this call never comes and I have wasted an entire day waiting for it.

They also have stringent rules on everything needing to be done through the 3rd party and no patient/doctor direct communication allowed outside of appointments. This wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if the admin side of thing wasn't terrible. I'm sure the people working for this company aren't to blame and are overworked but the entire basis of operations needs a makeover as is not fit for purpose.

DO NOT go to them for an ADHD assessment. Especially if you are an adult and female. They only go by outdated textbook diagnosis. The psychiatrist I had did not listen to me, gaslit the HELL out of me, said I might have adhd, but might not, but might also have autism. (They’re on the same spectrum and I literally paid for them to tell me and yet she couldn’t ) Then told me I was “just a perfectionist, and I am the way I am because of my vegan diet”. And to go read a book she recommended. (Disregarding the list of symptoms and struggles I told her. With perfectionism often being linked to ADHD. And also not offering much else when I said to her I know I won’t be able to read a book- I have a whole bookcase of books I WANT to read and can’t.
Left me in a severe depressive state for 3 days. Now to say I am enraged by my experience it to put it VERY lightly.

I was told “well you haven’t been sectioned, arrested, or expelled so you can’t have it and are coping fine” when I very clearly explained to her I was not coping.

I complained and got a full refund but when you are working with neurodivergent people that experience emotional disregulation, this is a very dangerous experience to go through. The whole ordeal was extremely traumatic to me and and quite frankly I think the woman that held my assessment should be fired.
Horrible, awful experience.
0/10, do not recommend. I am still enraged by my entire experience. I think it’s high time you reviewed your psychiatrists because she was not fit for practise.

Initially my experience was good, but unfortunately they seem to be very unorganised. Reports are not generated after appointments. There is quite a delay between being seen and getting prescriptions, there are often delays which means being without medication, being on the wrong dose, or having surplus medications that cannot be used.

The speed of the service seems to be the same as the NHS, which is unfortunate because private prices come with an expectation of being a little better than publicly funded services.
