Get a recorded message saying power outage or network issues can’t answer the phone. This happens all the time. I cannot contact anyone there to discuss my medical bills. I would give zero stars, however, Google review does not allow me to give zero stars. I’m not sending a check for my bill until I speak to somebody there. It has been four months and still I get the same recording.

Just received a collections bill from JP RMP on behalf of Clinic Med Svcs LLC. I’ve never been there, but it is associated with a day I went to the Cleveland Clinic. Seems like a scam

UPDATE: this is a real company, third party biller from Cleveland Clinic. Something is wrong with their system because it shows multiple bills were sent out to me when I received none. The man on the phone said he had received multiple phone calls with many people saying the same thing. Hopefully they can fix the problem. So if you received a collections notice from JP RMP on behalf of Clinic Med Svcs, it is real, but not your fault. Most likely you must pay, but the problem was on their end.

To everyone complaining that this is a scam, it's not. They are the 3rd party company who bills for cleveland clinic radiology services. Get your lives together. geez.

Sent a $13 bill to collection without ever sending me a copy of the bill or calling me to let me know. I only knew when I called Cleveland clinic about a different bill. Idk even know what this was from. Absurd
