Given 3 stars and that’s being generous. Reception team friendly and nurses great. Have yet to even meet a doctor! Waiting times abysmal. 2-3 weeks wait just for telephone consultations. In fact been advised to go to a walk-in centre rather than wait by a receptionist. The new excuse now is the jubilee weekend. Bad communication between everyone.

The last three times I have asked to see a doctor it’s been ‘’sorry no appointments for two weeks” even considering the illnesses I had at the time were very much needed to be addressed ASAP.

Problem I have found on appointment there’s only one doctor on duty and a nurse albeit there’s listed half a dozen doctors residing and about the same nurses.

My GP diagnosed the problem and then referred me to an in house nurse in another 8 days, on seeing that nurse she said what did the GP diagnose, I told her then said I will have to come back in another week for treatment BY HER!!

I had waited two weeks before ringing the health centre hoping it would go away but it didn’t (FOUR WEEKS TO GET TREATED)— that’s four weeks in total pain.

I had prepared for the treatment 6 weeks earlier as suggested by the receptionist ? so I was ready to have treatment straight away.

There’s a lot of incompetence and bad management in this centre, to many examples to mention therefore I would NOT RECOMMEND TO FUTURE PATIENTS.

Worst ever doctors! Useless and do not know what they are doing! Losing information from patients files, sent my wife with learning difficulties to a non existent xray to Fleetwood and a 25 pound taxi bill! They didn't book the xray. I had to leave work early to sort it all out. So lost nearly a full day of work by the time it all got sorted out.

This is the best surgery I've been too the medical staff doctors and receptionists have all been great and understanding. I can't understand bad reviews they have been excellent. Maybe it's just some people's attitudes you get back what you give. Agree about the parking though but you can usually park somewhere quite near if you don't mind walking a little bit

Julia gives me my injections every week and I am needle phobic She is so understanding and I feel so relaxed with her she totally understands my phobia which is a massive help . Julia is off this week but told me she would leave me in the safe hands of Cheryl. I went today totally dreading it but , due to Julia's hand over toCheryl she knew my fears and acted accordingly.
Thank you soo much ladies. I'm nearly 60 and have never experienced such support and understanding of my fears I really appreciate your support Massive thank you to the centre for employing these ladies x

Came home from work and my son who has had cold/flu symptoms for the past week complained that his neck and throat hurt, tonsils the size of gobstoppers! Rang the surgery at 5.40, given an appointment for 6, penicillin picked up and home for 6.30. Brilliant service and lovely people as always. Thank you

Well as a new patient just out of hospital got appointment to see lady Doctor wasnt told where to go no mention of check up you usually have as new patient the Doctor I saw was unhelpful rude and to be honest couldnt be bothered I think I have made a big mistake registering there as I have a few serious illnesses and need a good relationship with a Doctor came out feeling quite shocked and upset
