My mother's care at Clevedon Court Nursing Home has been outstanding. I have been overwhelmed by the kindness, love and friendship she has received in the last months of her life. Staff have even come in to see her on their days off to show her their dogs and pets. All of the staff from Matron Gaynor, the nurses, the care staff, the domestic staff and laundry staff have all taken the time to make Phoebe, my mother, feel loved, interesting and valued. they have taken the time to sit and talk with her on good days, and when she has been unwell 2 to 3 staff have been with her within minutes to ensure she was comfortable and safe. At the end of her life the night staff even placed two iris flowers on her bed...her favourite flower. They have accepted my sister and me to visit and sit with my mother at any time of day or night. Her personal and medical care has been absolutely wonderful. With so many thanks to all at Clevedon Court - Fiona Bell.
