We were welcomed and had only a few minutes to wait. Emily was very good with Jasmine, listened carefully to all we had to tell her and provided good advice on how to deal with issues we had with Jasmine. She was very caring in the way she examined and then gave Jasmine her booster jab. We are very happy with the service

We moved to Clevedale Guisborough when it opened. One of my dogs is an anxious reactive soul but we've had 2 good experiences at Clevedale so far. Ruth takes the time to build positive associations in the practice and doesn't push our boy over threshold for the sake of a non essential examination. The use of the quiet room as well is great. Would definitely recommend for people with more challenging dogs- everyone is very accommodating.

I took my two chihuahuas for their routine vaccination. The vet was really lovely with them both enabling them to remain happy, relaxed and not feeling threatened.
She explained everything very clearly to me and was very professional.

Very happy with the service here. Ruth, the vet, is lovely and has a great way about her. She filled me with confidence that she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares. I felt that my cat was in very good hands.
The reception staff and nurse also seem very kind and patient. Glad I was able to register my two boys here.

Teddy had his first visit to Clevedale Vets in Guisborough today. We were made welcome by the receptionist who was very patient while I encouraged Teddy to hop onto the scales to be weighed. The vet that we saw was lovely, she asked lots of questions about Teddy's health and habits and was very reassuring in her responses. Teddy is a nervous dog, but I could see that he was feeling at ease while the vet was examining him. We both had a really positive experience and would recommend Clevedale Vets in Guisborough to anyone.

Had to have my best friend Louie put to sleep this week which broke my heart, but all credit to Ruth who made the whole process so calm with reassurance all the way. Would always recommend Clevedale Upleatham but Guisborough fantastic especially the quiet room. Five stars everything & again thank you to Ruth & team for making it all a little easier
