They’re always very quick to get back to my appointment requests and supply an appointment, and all of my appointments have been on time or within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. All the doctors have taken the time to listen, ask relevant questions, and explain the process on the day and what to expect afterwards.

I consider myself lucky to have been a patient of this medical practice since 2016. Whenever I had questions, I always received prompt assistance and support from the doctors and staff. I've used e-consult several times, and the practice efficiently processed my queries, with doctors calling or scheduling appointments as quickly as possible when I needed urgent care. I have been with Clerkenwell for 11 years when I started at City Uni.

Throughout this time I have had a number of doctors who all have been kind, professional and efficient. They listen and don't make you feel as if you are being rushed which is so good.

When I have had to be referred for further investgations it has been followed up quickly.

I am appreciate of the continuity of care so would not like to move ever.

Would give 0/10 if possible. Booking is painful, they don't accept card payments in 2024, cash only despite the increased risk of passing bacteria let alone the hassle. Buildings are dilapidated and ready to be knocked down. Last time I was seen in portable modular building in the carpark.

Typical pathetic NHS clinic no competition due to catchment areas being restricted and patients forced to go to a select number of clinics within the catchment area and the service provider able to continue operating with substandard service as no competition exists within the system.

Unfortunately, there isn't an option for -5 stars. Incompetent , arrogant, senseless and absolutely useless reception staff (literally so USELESS it's almost comical).

Lazy , LAZY LAZY GPs, borderline negligent with specific reference to 3 specific doctors.

If you need actual help, clinical interventions, DO NOT USE CLERKENWELL MEDICAL PRACTICE (incl. Those with young children don't do it!) Unless however, you're looking to deteriorate health wise and do not plan on living a long life 🙂
