I’ve been using this vets for a year now, I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. The reception area is always clean and tidy and reception staff and welcoming and have always been so helpful with my appointments. I’ve been using the vets most for one of my cats who has an ongoing health problem, and I usually see the same vet ( forgive me, I can’t remember his name) . My cat is so relaxed around him, he’s usually quite skittish with new people! The vet has always talked me through treatment options and what we can do next if the treatment doesn’t help. I went to see him yesterday with the same cat with something I was really worried about, I felt so much better after the appointment, he gave his opinion and we discussed next steps and a timeline for a next appt if needed.

We went in today to get my two ragdoll kittens started with their vaccines and micro chips, and I have left as one proud mom because of how well they did. While they can take some credit for being angels, a lot of the credit goes to how wonderful the vet and staff were with my boys. Our vet Ivelin kept them nice and calm, giving them cuddles and treats, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you!

Excellent care for Hollie, who had a nasty skin infection. Just been back for a check up and all better. Excellent care from Stephanie, thorough, reassuring and a big thank you from us for getting our almost 12 year old dog back to full health!

Took my cat to the Clent Hills Vets for emergency treatment. Their staff were unbelievably kind, helpful and acted extremely quickly. We were regularly kept advised about his progress and, thankfully he is now back home with us.
An extremely professional and helpful organisation.....they get a 10 out of 10 from me.

Terrible vets. Do not put correct details on paperwork (microchip number). Apparently, that's too difficult. Extremely unhelpful in their mistake, like to try to spin in around and somehow make it your fault. Wouldn't even offer to rectify their mistake . I've never used such an uncaring, unprofessional vet. We all make mistakes but own up to it and rectify . I'm so sad that's vets like this exist 😔. I will be taking legal action against Clent Hills Vets.

Was in a blind panic when my dog had a vestibular event and I called every vet and no one could fit us in for an emergency appointment until the wonderful team at client hills told me to come straight up. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable the vet herself put all of my worries at rest when she calmly explained how she was ok and that these events can be worrying but after some injections I took my dog home to recover. I can't thank the staff enough and will definitely be making them my regular vets. 10/10

Clent Hills Vets, Hagley Practice - By far the best vets around. The staff and lovely, always welcoming and polite. The vets that have looked after my two dogs were really lovely and caring. Its makes such a big difference when your dogs feel anxious. I was recommended by family, and I recommend them to my friends.
